Ingredients | Coriander Seeds. Red Chilli. White Salt. Cumin Seeds. Onion Flakes. Cassia Leaf. Cardamom Brown. Turmeric. Garlic Flakes. Black Pepper. Clove. Mace, Nutmeg. |
Instructions | Marinate 1.5Kg of meat cut in to pieces with 3 tsp. of ginger and garlic paste 2 tsp. sunrise Kashmiri mirch 1 tsp. turmeric powder 6 tbsp. curd and salt and keep aside for at least an hour. Fry 6-8 onions finely chopped in 6 tbsp. of oil till golden brown in colour. Add the marinated meat and sunrise meat masala 50g. Add chopped tomatoes and cook in medium heat. Cover the pan and cook till the oil separates from the masala. Add about 500ml of water and pressure cook till the gravy is ready and the meat becomes soft. Your delicious meat curry is ready to serve. You may use this masala to cook aloo dum and egg curry also. |
