Ingredients Coriander, Cumin, Ginger, Dry Mango, Red Chilli, Iodized Salt, Onion, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Big Cardamom, Cucumis, Citric Acid (INS 330), Anistar, Garlic, Black Pepper, Black Mustard, Nutmeg, Big Pipal, Pomegranate Seeds.
Instructions Shahi chana recipe: soak 240g of kabuli chana overnight and boil. Heat 5 tbsp. Of ghee/oil in a pan and fry 1 tsp. Of jeera. Add 2 tbsp. Of onion paste and fry till golden brown. Add 1 tbsp. Of ginger-garlic paste and fry well. Add 3 tbsp. Of chopped tomatoes, 3 tsp. Of Catch chana masala, 1 tsp. Of Catch red chilli powder and cook till masala leaves the ghee/oil. Add boiled kabuli chana and simmer for 15 mins. Add 60g (dices/ cubes) of paneer and 20g halved and roasted cashew nuts and cook for 5 mins. Before serving add 1 tsp. Catch garam masala, 1 tsp. Of lemon juice and check for seasoning. Serve hot, garnished with julienne of ginger and coriander leaves.
