These Posta Boris have a cone form and are made of many dal kinds. The Posto Bori has established itself as a staple of high-quality Bengali cuisine. Posta Bori are lentil drops produced with Matar Dal, poppy seeds, urad dal, and iodized salt using a skillful handcrafted process and then sun-dried. All of the Bori can be eaten by simply frying them and serving them as a crunchy side dish or incorporating them into a recipe such as Shukto, Shak Ghonto, or Vegetable Curry.
