Ingredients Coriander Whole, Turmeric Whole, Cumin Whole, Chillies & Capsicum Whole, Iodized Salt, Ginger Whole, White Til, Fennel Whole, Pepper Black Whole, Cardamom Whole, Mustard Whole, Large Cardamom Whole, Bay Leaves, Common Edible Salt (Black Salt), Nutmeg Whole.
Instructions Mutton dopyaza recipe: clean and wash 1/2kg. Meat. Heat 2 1/2 tbsp. Oil/ghee in a pressure cooker and crackle 2-inch sprigs of cinnamon, 4 small green cardamoms and 4 cloves. Add 1 cup sliced onions and fry till golden brown. Add 1/2 tbsp. Ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2 mins. Add 2 tsp. Of Catch meat masala and salt to taste. Fry for 2-3 mins. Add the meat, fry for 5 mins. And add 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, fry for 5-7 mins. And add 1/2 cup water. Close the lid and put on the whistle weight give 6-8 whistles then simmer for 7 mins. Till meat tenders. Check for seasoning. Serve topped with chopped coriander and julienne of ginger.
