Instructions | In a Bowl Soak Panchrangi daal for 2 hours. In a pressure cooker add oil, cumin seeds, grated ginger and chilli. Then add chopped tomato and saute it for few seconds.Then add 2 cups of water,soaked dal, salt, turmeric powder and pressure cook it for 3 whistles.Garnish the dal with coriander Leaves and serve hot with Chappati/Rice and Raita. |
