The bhaji that is the mixed vegetables is a medley of spices and herbs cooked to perfection in large pats of butter and garnished with coarsely chopped fresh coriander leaves and diced onions. The bhaji is served with small loaves of bread called pau. It is fully cooked and contains no MSG, preservatives, artificial flavours or colours.

Instructions | Method 1: Immerse the unopened pouch in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove, cut, open, stir and serve. Method 2: Empty the contents of the pack in a microwavable bowl. Cover and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir and serve. Tip: add blob of butter. Serve with chopped onions, fresh coriander leaves, lime and green chillies.
